Grand Master Jung Kil Kim was born on February 23, 1936, In Seoul, Korea. At an early age of 6 years, he began studying Tae Kwon Do. Grand Master Kim received Black Belt #123 from Moo Duk Kwan Grand Master Hwang Kee. The nickname "Tiger" was earned in 1958 due to Master Kim's aggressive fighting style. Master Kim attained the rank of Police Captain with the Korean National Police, and was known across Korea as "Tiger Cop". For his uncanny ability to break objects with his head, Master Kim was invited to Hong Kong in 1969 and instructed the Legendary BRUCE LEE in the art of Breaking. Master Kim is also long time Friend of World Famous "Chuck Norris" as seen on the Left.
